Menuflow's platform and online delivery network are hosted by Amazon Web Services and are accessible globally.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the Menuflow platform and services owned and operated by Menuflow for commercial use only (in the context of an individual or an organization). This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
The materials on Menuflow's service are provided “as is” Menuflow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Menuflow does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall Menuflow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Menuflow's service, even if Menuflow or a Menuflow authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials appearing on Menuflow's service could include technical or content errors. Menuflow does not warrant that any of the materials on its service are accurate, complete, or current. Menuflow may make changes to the materials contained in its service at any time without notice. Menuflow does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
All Menuflow plans come with a 14-day free trial period. After a free trial period has elapsed, the free trial will automatically expire, and the services for the trial account will be suspended. Unless the account holder adds a valid payment card to the account, which automatically converts the free trial to a monthly subscription. In such an event, a subscription is considered active, and fees are applied. The remaining trial period (end-date) is available on the account holders' online Menuflow dashboard home page.
Free trial periods are only valid once per legal entity. Once a free trial period has elapsed, the account can only be used under an active paid subscription.
If Menuflow suspects a new free trial account is linked to a previous elapsed free trial. Menuflow reserve the right to refuse or suspend a new free trial period.
Menuflow is accessible as a limited free trial and as a paid subscription service. The Menuflow subscription plans (Essential and Pro) are subject to fees (see section 7 below).
Monthly subscription fees are pre-paid and charged each month automatically. All Fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for periods where the account holder did not use an active Account, used it only partially, or canceled an account during a subscription period.
The first monthly subscription charge will be made when the account holder's payment card is added to the account via the Menuflow dashboard. Monthly recurring fees will be automatically charged to the registered payment card unless the account holder has canceled the account.
The following payment cards are accepted VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. If the monthly subscription fee cannot be charged to your registered payment card, Menuflow has the right to suspend your Account. In such an event, an automated email will be sent to the account holder's email address with instructions on resolving the issue. The account will be immediately reinstated when payment has been received. If fees for an outstanding subscription exceed 60 days, Menuflow reserves the right to delete the account from the Menuflow platform permanently.
Menuflow will automatically charge for any overdue unpaid subscription fees or balances on the account holder's account.
When subscribing to a Menuflow paid service (either from a free trial or upgrading a plan), the account holder must ensure the email address provided is valid and can receive emails from Menuflow. We will use this email address to send important emails, including invoices, failed payment notifications, and other essential service notifications relating to your account.
By adding a payment card to your Menuflow account, the account holder consents to an automated recurring monthly charge for any active subscription fees.
Monthly fees are charged per the following subscription rates per active location. Active locations are listed in the online Dashboard under the locations tab.

In addition to the above subscription fees, account holders can make one-time purchases from within the Menuflow Dashboard for optional contactless QR cards and SMS credits. These optional fees are charged immediately to the registered payment card.
Menuflow has the right to change the above fees at any time. Menuflow will notify account holders of any price changes 30 days in advance via email to the account's registered email address.
If you enable ordering or order and pay services on your Menuflow account. You agree to be charged a percentage of the guest bill payment amount on each transaction, or a flat fee on each Transaction, or a combination of both, as agreed upon between you and Menuflow in writing.
Menuflow shall not be liable to you for any loss resulting in the failure to pay you if for any reason whatsoever, any payments payable by a guest are not received by you or are required to be returned to the Guest, such as in the event of insufficient funds, fraudulent credit card use, the card company or bank of the Guest failing to process correctly the payment or a failure on Menuflow’s side to take or make a payment when it is outside Menuflow’s reasonable control. Menuflow does not guarantee or assume any liability for Transactions authorised and completed that may be later reversed or charged back. You agree and acknowledge that you will assume all responsibility for chargebacks or reversed payments regardless of the reason for, or timing of the reversal or chargeback. Menuflow may provide you with assistance to help contest your chargebacks, however Menuflow does not assume any liability for its role or assistance in contesting chargebacks. Menuflow reserves the right to charge a fee for mediating or investigating chargeback disputes.
Menuflow may sell hardware to you to enable ordering services if we are unable to support your point of sale. Hardware is a one-time charge and is agreed in writing between you and Menuflow.
All hardware is covered by a return to base warranty for faults covered by the hardware manufacture. In the event that hardware failures are not covered by the manufacture replacement hardware will be provided subject to a one-time fee.
Account holders can cancel their account at anytime by following the guide on the following URL: https://help.menuflow.com/en/article/closing-your-account-17e48jc/. Menuflow will confirm in writing the cancellation of your account via email. This email will include details of the date the account will become inactive, depending on the number of pre-paid days remaining on the subscription.
Any claim relating to Menuflow's service shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
